"I've not met a cop who likes a bad cop.
There's bad in everything. There's lousy
senators and lousy presidents and lousy
doctors and lousy lawyers. No, I'm serious.
But I don't know any police officer that
feels good about the fact that there may be
a lousy cop. I'm tired of not giving them
the kind of help they need."
