National President Patrick Yoes traveled to Alabama to
assist the National FOP Disaster Area Response Team
(NFOP DART) efforts in response to Hurricane Sally. The
NFOP DART responded with volunteers from Alabama,
Louisiana, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Utah and more,
serving hundreds of meals to the Gulf Shores Police
Department and other first responders from the
surrounding area.

request that the Committee on the Judiciary take up S. 4605,
the "Protect and Serve Act," and with respect to the drafting
and introduction of the "Penalizing Radical and Others who
Thwart Emergency Care and Transportation (PROTECT) for
Law Enforcement Act."
