The Committee on the Judiciary held numerous hearings on
the nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to serve as an
associate justice on the Supreme Court of the United States.
The Senate is expected to bring the nomination of Judge
Barrett to the floor for a vote later next week.
The House was in recess this week.
